Financial -

Delta Zeta members are expected to meet their financial obligations in order for our chapter to operate. Dues, fees, and rent for in house members total $2,754 per semester.

Dues and fees for active members who live out of the house are $610 per semester.

Fees for new members are $610 a semester, plus a $60 New Member Fee, $123 Badge Fee, $100 Initiation Fee, and $300 Building Fund Fee.

Payments are not due in a lump sum. Payment plans are available and the majority of our members work part time jobs in the summer or during the school year in order to pay for the cost of being in a sorority.
Housing -

Delta Zeta built the first house on sorority row in 1986. The house received a major addition in 1991 and was most recently redecorated in 2008. The Delta Zeta house accommodates 28 women in the largest living spaces on sorority row. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided Monday through Friday. Members who are eligible to live off of the SFA campus live in the sorority house until it reaches capacity.
